| We facilitated a strategic review process
within a financial services company in the light of regulatory
criticism. As a result we were able to plan
and implement management development activity for the senior
management team.
We then put together a change management for entire sales
force with specific support to the senior division. This included
the provision of a team leadership assessment for regional,
branch and sales managers. It also included an upward feedback
process.
As part of the programme we provided personal support and
mentoring to the Personnel and Training Director and two other
Directors
